Condolence: Billy was married to my mom, Ann and he was my stepdad. I didn't get the chance to grow up with either if them in my life but when i was old enough, i visited as often as i could. He was a great caring man. I loved him and the world lost someone special. I hope billy and ann are reunited.. ❤
