Daniel Adams

New Castle, DE formerly of KY - Dan, age 73, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018.

Dan worked at General Motors and Newport Builders. He enjoyed fishing, tending to his yard and detailing cars. Dan was devoted to his family and loved spending time with his granddaughter.

Dan was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Rena Adams in 2007 and his siblings, Rose Marie Fields, Donald Adams, David Adams, Bruce Adams, and Emilie Rosson.

Survivors include his daughters, Sheila Niezgoda (Patty) and Michelle Kollar (Ray); his granddaughter, Danielle Adams; his siblings, Doyle Adams, Denny Adams (Betty), Judy Lombardi (Jr), Jan Bullard, Valerie Bentley (Gail), Leonard Adams, Jr (Pat), Larry Adams, and Charlie Adams (Lisa); and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral Services will be at 1 pm on Tuesday, November 27 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 12 pm. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dan's memory may be made to Heartland Hospice House, 5661 Ocheltree Ln, Wilmington, DE 19808.
