Frank A. Calvetti

Wilmington - Frank, age 91, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 25, 2018.

Frank was the youngest and last surviving child of the late Angelo and Natalina Calvetti. He was a 1946 graduate of Wilmington High School and a WWII Army veteran, serving in Japan. Frank retired after 45 years working at Tupp Signs. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and woodworking.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Jayne A. Calvetti; his children, Frank Calvetti (Betty), Cheryl Scott (Bob) and Jim Calvetti (Michele); 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 7 pm on Tuesday, December 4 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 6 pm. Burial with military honors will be at 10 am on Wednesday, December 5 at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701.
