Age 74, of New Castle, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2012.
Bert was retired from Chase Bank in 2002.She was a member of St.Mark's UMC. In her spare time Bert enjoyed weekly Bingo games at Aetna and Singerly Fire Companies.She also loved watching Phillies baseball and playing her daily lottery numbers.
Bert was preceded in death by her parents, George and Emma Cook; her sister, Norma Johnson; and her nephew, Al Ingram. She will be dearly missed by her sister, Betty Frace; her niece, nephews, many close cousins and her Godchildren, Eric and Rachael Berg.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m.on Tuesday, March 27th. at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 1700 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19804, where visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Ebenezer UMC Cemetery, Polly Drummond Hill Rd., Newark.
