Alec went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 20, 2016. He served in the Navy during W.W. II, and retired from General Motors after 30 years in 1980. Alec had a generous personality and enjoyed helping friends and family. He was a skilled Painter and talented Handyman who took pride in his accomplishments. Alec was devoted to his late wife, kids, grand kids and great grand kids.
Alec was preceded in death this past April by his beloved wife of 65 years, Terri. He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Wyshock (Thomas), Rosemary Price (Ronald), Helena Konopka and Teresa Wilkins (George); 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Alec's family wish to thank Fresenius of Newport for their exceptional care during his dialysis treatments for the past 6 years.
Services will be at 2 PM on Wednesday, August 24 in the chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701.
