Annie was born is Osocilla, Georgia. She graduated form Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Chester.
Annie was a dedicated teacher for the Delaware County School District. She spent her whole career teaching.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Annie Ramsey and brothers, Tommy Ramsey and George Ramsey Jr.
Survivors include her son, William Warren Jr. and brother, Drexell Ramsey.
