Anthony Michael “Tony” Hargan Sr., of Newark, peacefully transitioned of natural causes on Friday February 18, 2022 at the age of 63.
Tony attended Christiana High School but graduated from Hodgson Vo-Tech in 1977. He worked as a carpenter for Kappler Construction for 19 years.
Tony enjoyed crabbing, fishing, hunting and was an avid Cowboys and Raiders fan.
He was preceded in death by his father Howard Hargan and his brothers William N. Hargan and John J. Hargan.
Tony is survived by his mother Jacqueline Jeandell; his daughters LaGia Davis and Nikiya Sudler, his son Anthony Hargan Jr.; his sister Donna Zink (Dennis); his brothers Kenneth R. Hargan, Howard Hargan Jr. (Patricia), and Steven Hargan; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, and his friends Patricia Hurley and John.
Services will be private.
