Australia S. Filion Vda De Jaquez, age 95, of Newark, formerly of the Dominican Republic, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
Australia enjoyed traveling, music and dancing.
Australia is preceded in death by her daughter, Leidy Jaquez; brother, Umberto Filion; and sister, Aidia Filion.
Survivors include her children, Jacqueline Jaquez, Nestor Jacquez, Antonia Jaquez, Dario Jaquez and Elizabeth Jaquez; two brother, four sisters and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
Services will be private.
