Barbara, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.

Barbara was a 1961 graduate of St. Hedwig High School. She recently retired as a baker at ACME in Trolley Square after working there for 20 years. Barbara enjoyed playing bingo and the slots.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Bill Pierce and her parents, Jeanette and Thomas Grabowski.

Survivors include her children, Francis (Debbie), Donald (Cindy), Cindie (Gene), and Sharon; Bill's children, Bonnie, Yvonne (Rick), William (Terri), Theresa, Robert, and Debbie (Bob); brothers, Thomas Grabowski, Michael Grabowski and David Grabowski (Patti); sister, Theresa Coverdale (Ron) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be at 11 am on Friday, December 27 at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St. Wilmington, DE 19804. Burial will be private.
