Betty Jane Joswick

Betty passed away peacefully on January 17, 2014 at home. She was born in Henderson, Md on February 22, 1936. Betty worked at Dart from 1974 until 2001 when she retired.

Betty loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her and knew her.

Betty was preceded in death by her son, Michael and her great granddaughter, Gracelynn Loy. Survivors include her sons, John. M. Joswick, Jr. (Mary Ann) and William A. Joswick (Kathy); daughters, Sharon A. Wilmot (Richard) and Faith Lodge; grandchildren, Amy Watson, Jeffrey Parag, Michael Joswick, Michelle Rohm, April Hazel, Joseph Loy, Savannah Joswick, Adam Joswick, Jessica Joswick, Allison Joswick, Alex Joswick and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, January 25, at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 East Justis Street, Newport, DE where visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private. Memorial donations can be made to the American Arthritis Foundation, 900 Prides Crossing, Ste. C111, Newark, De 19713.
