Billie Jean "Punkin" Sheridan
Of Wilmington, age 65, passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2016.
Punkin was a devoted homemaker. In the 1980's she worked as a Unit Clerk at both the Wilmington and Christiana Hospitals. She also worked as a waitress at Mary's Kountry Kitchen in Stanton. Punkin enjoyed arts & crafts and family vacations to Disney World.
Punkin was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Kelley. She is survived by her daughter, Chrissy Francisco and her husband Michael; her son, Erik Sheridan; her grandchildren, Erik Jr., Danah, Payton, Madelyn and Jade; her sisters, Mary Marsh (Butch) and Linda Disque (Tom) and her best buddy Al Leifheit.
Memorial Services will be 11 AM on Thursday, March 24 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 10 AM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions to the Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
