Survivors include his wife, Deborah; children, Stacy Werts and her husband, Wayne and Billy Joe Joiner, Jr. and his wife Evelyn; sisters, Mary Brooks, Jackie Burleigh and Elizabeth Joiner; brother, Howard Joiner and 9 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 12 noon on Friday, January 9 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport where visitation will begin at 11am.
