Brian Nichols

Brian Lee Nichols, age 42, of Townsend formerly of Dover and Wilmington area, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 25, 2019.

Brian worked for several area restaurants including the Hollywood Diner and the Melting Pot. His extremely hard work ethic was only exceeded by the kindness of his heart! He enjoyed music and playing his guitar. Brian’s trademark smile would light up a room and he was always the life of the party.

Survivors include his mother, Maria Uhrick Nichols; his father, Dennis R. Nichols, Sr. and his wife, Margaret “Peggy” Nichols’ his brothers, Dennis R. Nichols, Jr (Beverly Connell), Steven Nichols (Dana), Eric Nichols (Tiffany Baranowski), William Nichols and Charles “Chuck” Pyle; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Funeral Services will be at 2:30 pm Wednesday, March 6 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 1pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Brian’s memory may be made to Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses
