Carletta Christine Weightman (nee Austin) born to William and Jane Austin in 1953.
Hard working, determined, free spirited, epitome of grace, transitioned from this earth on Monday, June 26, 2023 after a valiant battle with a long illness.
Carletta is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 34 years Gregory Weightman. She leaves behind her 4 children Walter, Carla, Laquanta Austin, her children, Ezekiel Hall and Naiyah Sabir; and Muezjuana Johnson and her favorite son in law Brian Jeffery, along with a long list of grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Carletta lived her life to the fullest, traveled extensively, loved to cook, collector of beautiful Japanese art and Barbies.
She lived a simple life and gave her best when she could. She is loved and will be missed.

Our mother loved us and is now looking over us. She is always with us and if we ever feel lonely put your hand over your heart and know she is still there.
