Age 74, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Gilpin Hall.
Carol worked for Public Service Careers, a federal employment program, in Wilmingon for 15 years until 1987. Previously she was a Christian Educator at Westminister Presbyterian Church in Wilmington. Later Carol founded Employment Partners, a non-profit organization which offered employment assistance for homeless individuals. She especially enjoyed gardening and quilting.
Carol is survived by her brother, Leonard C. Weeks and his wife Sharon Wallis of Philadelphia, PA; her neice, Susan Weeks of California and her nephew, Benjamin Weeks of Colorado.
A memorial gathering will be at 10:15am, Saturday, November 15th, at Gilpin Hall.Burial will be private.
