Carole L. Halverson, age 76, of Wilmington passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at her home.
Carole was a philanthropist. She enjoyed working for various charities supporting children and animals. Carole graduated from Brandywine High School in 1961 and the University of Delaware in 1965. She enjoyed reading, collecting antiques, and traveling around the world, especially to Egypt.
Carole was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Halverson.
Survivors include her brother, Roger O’Brien and his wife, Amy.
Services and burial will be private.
