Age 29, of Wilmington, De, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 17, 2008.
Chaz was born on January 2, 1979 and was a graduate of Howard High School. He was employed by RS Foraker Construction. He enjoyed spending time with his beloved family, and loved drawing and writing poetry.He will be best rememberd for his handsome smile and forever missed by his family.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Julie & Rob Foraker; his beloved grandparents, Rita G.& John Hanks and Charles M. and Nancy Ferrell; his son, Nasir Antonio Mays-Ferrell and his son's mother, Cheri; his unborn son, Isiah Christian; his financee, Neka and her son, Daijan; his beloved sister, Tiffani; nieces, Angelina & Natali; aunts, Christine, Annette & Laura Mae; uncles, Frank, Robin, Jay & Rick; cousins, Toni, Frankie, Brianna, Juliano, Bryce & Angela. He was predeceased by his father, Charles R. Ferrell, St.; grandfather, Ronald B. Snyder and nephew, W. "Baby Philip" Eastburn, III.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 24, 2008, at St. Matthews Church, Maryland & Curtis Aves., Woodcrest where visitation will be from 11 am until 12:45 pm. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington.
The family requests contributions in Chaz's memory to Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, DE 19804, to assist with funeral expenses.
