Christopher R. Sizemore, age 26, passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
Chris left this world way too soon. In life, he never met anyone he didn’t like or do anything for. He graduated from William Penn High School in 2009. He was part of the Evraz Claymont steel family, where he worked on the caster.
Chris was the beloved son of Michael Sizemore (Laura) and Leigh Ann Smith (Neal); loving brother of Clay Sizemore (Michelle), Nichole Emahiser (Jason),and Erin Crew (Macky); dear grandson of Beverly Stancil; he is also survived by six nephews, four nieces and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank Worrell and Golie and Al Sizemore.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 5 P.M at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street, Newport DE 19804, followed by a Celebration of Life at 6 P.M. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Chris’ memory to Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 Poplar St., Wilmington DE, 19801.
In closing, Chris lived life on his terms and he’ll be watching over everyone’s lives he touched. Rest in Peace, my best friend.
