Cynthia D. Jackson Milton was born August 22, 1962 to Samuel L. Jackson and Carolyn Marshall Jackson in Manhattan, New York. She was the eldest of five children. Cynthia spent most of her youth and adult life growing up in Brooklyn, New York. She was educated in the Brooklyn, New York City schools.
Cynthia was married to the late Charles Speedy Milton.
She relocated to Newark, Delaware with her two sons, Xavier Sherrell and Jaquan Jackson and longtime friend, Gene Hazelwood.
Cynthia loved her sons and grandchildren and her family.
Her loved ones who are left to cherish and share fond memories include her sons, Xavier Sherrell and Jaquan Jackson; her grandchildren, Arianna Sherrell, Xavier Jr. Sherrell, Tristan Moody, Jaquan Jr. Jackson; a sister, Tomeko Jackson of Brooklyn, New York; a god sister, Debbie Seaboroug, of New York; brothers, Samuel L. Jackson of Columbia, South Carolina, and Dwayne Jackson of Portsmith, Virginia; sister-in-law, Marshay Jackson of Portsmith, Virginia; aunts, Irene of Delaware, Wendy of Queens, New York, Penny of Long Island, New York; twin aunts, Selma and Thelma of Long Island, New York; uncles, Douglas Jackson of Greensboro, North Carolina and Dwight Jackson of Long Island, New York. Cynthia will be undoubtedly be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
