Age 55 of Newark, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Tom; her children, Jessica Bumbaugh, Jasmine Way (Buck), Carrie Stugill, Cole Bumbaugh, Damien Stugill and Zachary Stugill; sister, Debbie Holloway (Bill); brothers, William McNeal, Michael McNeal and Patrick McNeal (Denise); and many family members and friends.
Services and burial will be private.
The family requests donations in Cindi's memory to the American Cancer Society .
