Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Louise "Penny" Weatherlow; his children, Dale, Gina and Donny; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 7 PM on Tuesday, December 20 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 6 PM.
Burial with military honors will be 11 AM on Wednesday, December 21 in the chapel at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE 19701.
