Danny J. Pate Sr., age 66, of New Castle, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 9, 2022.
Danny spent his childhood in Richardson Park. He worked as a carpenter for many years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Holloway Terrance. He also was a part of the ABATE Motorcycle Club.
Danny was an avid pool player and enjoyed motorcycles.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Pate; step-daughter, Becky Spencer; brother, Bobby Pate; sister, Linda Pate; and his parents James and Marjorie Pate.
Danny is survived by his wife of 15 years, Connie Pate; sons, Danny J. Pate Jr. and David Pate; daughter, Amy Fibelkorn; step-sons, Bobby Spencer and Michael Spencer; step-daughters, Charlene Spencer and Cheyenne Spencer; sisters, Shirley Boyce, Vickie Taylor, Barbara Harrington, Lisa Presley and Kristi Repitsky; 24 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren with another one on the way, and many other loving family members.
Services will be at 2:30 PM on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Holloway Terrace, 308 West Ave. New Castle, DE 19720. A reception will immediately follow the service.
