Dean Baslenkoff-Elder, age 55, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 after battling cancer.
Dean earned his bachelor’s degree in film and communications. He worked in IT before partnering with his wife Eleanor at Elite Renovations for the past few years. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, listening and playing music and reading.
Dean is survived by his wife of 10 years, Eleanor; his daughter, Heather Cederholm (Steven); and his grandchildren, Seraphina, Genevieve, Adelaide, and Emmeline.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis Street, Newport, DE 19804.
Services and Burial will be private.
The family suggests contributions in Dean’s memory to the Helen Graham Cancer Center.
