Donna was born in Sisseton, SD. She will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother and sister.
Survivors include her sons, Jeffrey Kane and Allen Kane, both of New Castle, DE; mother and step father, Hazel Dillard and James Parker, of New Castle, DE; father, Blaine Dillard of West Jefferson, NC, sister, Elizabeth Weildlein of Bear, DE and brother, Randall Dillard of Newark, DE.
Funeral services will be 11 am, on Thursday, November 6, at NICHOLS-GILMORE Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St, Newport where visitation will begin at 10 am. Burial will be private.
