Age 79, of Wilmington, De, went to be with the Lord on, Sunday, May 11, 2008.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Edward G. Starr, Jr., in 1997. She is survived by her children, Doris M. Asmus & husband Raymond; Edward G. Starr, III & wife Patricia; Anna M. Hutton & husband Steven H.; and Dennis W. Starr & wife Denise; her sisters, Betty Yearsley & Caroline Wiesner; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be, 1pm, Thursday, May 15th in Silverbrook Cemetery, Lancaster Ave. & Dupont Rd., Wilmington.
