Dorothy Elizabeth Selby age 83 of New Castle, formerly of Wilmington passed away peacefully at Regency Nursing Home on Saturday May 21, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her mother Lillian Selby and her grandparents Ethel and John Selby who raised her as their own daughter; her son John Preston; her aunts and uncles Junie, William, Alice and John Selby, Ruth Simpson, Sarah Jenkins, Marion Black, Lottie Gordon, Shirley Jordan and Millicent and Thomas Dobbin.
Dorothy attended Howard High School formerly #29. Dorothy enjoying singing, dancing, cleaning, entertaining and helping others.
Dorothy leaves to cherish her daughter Debbie (Donald) Pierce; her son Maurice Selby; aunt Jacqeline Selby; grandsons Brandon Pierce and Julian Dale Henry; a devoted cousin Diane Palmer and a host of family and friends.
