Age 91, of Wilmington went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 6, 2013.
Dorothy was an active member of Calvary Presbyterian Church since 1955 and attended Oak Grove Senior Center. She was a 1940 graduate of Conrad High School . Dorothy enjoyed reading, cooking, dancing, walking and time spent at the beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Harlon L. Wiggins in 1998. Dorothy is survived by her children, Dee Leptien (George) and Ken Wiggins (Susan); grandchildren, Dawn Selhorst (Erich), David Riddell (Amy) and Erin Devine (Joey); great grandchildren, Jordan, Mackenzi, Nicholas, Abby, Mason, and Henley; and a cousin, Elizabeth Baker.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 12,2013 at 11 a.m. in the Gracelawn Memorial Park Chapel where visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
The family suggests contributions in Dorothy's memory to Calvary Presbyterian Church, 701 S. Maryland Ave., Wilmington, DE 19804.
