Elizabeth Elliott

Lib, of Selbyville, formerly of Cranston Heights, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2014.

Lib was a graduate of the Wilmington General Hospital school of nursing. She worked as an RN at various locations in Wilmington before retiring in 1995. She was a member of Sound United Methodist Church in Selbyville and was a lifetime member of Marshallton United Methodist Church in Wilmington. Lib was also a lifetime member of Cranston Heights Fire Company ladies auxiliary.

Lib was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, William N. Elliott in 1983, her father, Alfred Ogden; her mother, Ethel Harrington; step father, Earl Harrington and brother Raymond Harrington. Survivors include her daughter, Janice A. George (Norman); 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brothers, James Harrington and Harold Harrington and sister, Florence Richards.

Funeral Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions in Lib's memory to either Marshallton United Methodist Church, Sound United Methodist Church or Cranston Heights Fire Company.
