Age 81, of Newark, DE, passed away on, Tuesday, February 2, 2010.
Betty loved her dog, Rags, the Phillies and the Eagles.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Jones; and her brothers, Julian Glover and Herbert Orr. Survivors include her daughter, Marie Bowers of Clayton, DE; her brother, Robert Glover (Marie) of Elkton, MD; 3 grandchildren, Robert B. Bowers, Jr.(Diane), Heather Collins (Brian) and Katherine Bowers; and 4 great grandchildren, Noah, Gracie, Nathan and Brody.
Funeral services will be 11am, Tuesday, February 9th, at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, where visitation will begin at 10am. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE.
