Age 73, of Marshallton, DE, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2008.
Elmer was a self-employed contractor for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Betty Lee, in 2006 and a son, Elmer, Jr. in 2008.
Survivors include his children, Betsy & Ed Bruzdzinski and Donna & Craig Crumley, Daniel Ainsworth and a daughter-in-law, Theresa Ainsworth; his brother, Eugene Ainsworth; and grandchildren, Joseph & James Wiseman and Amanda, Summer, Danielle and Samantha Ainsworth.
Services will be Friday, October 3, 2008, at 6pm, at the Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, DE, where visitation will begin at 5pm. Interment will be private.
The family suggests contributions in Elmer's memory to Odyssey Hospice, 1407 Foulk Rd., Suite 200, Wilmington, DE 19803.
