Erica Leigh Springer

Erica Leigh Springer, age 39, of Newark, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2025.

Erica attended Christiana High School. She loved being a mom and enjoyed cooking for her family, music and binge watching tv with her daughters.

Erica was preceded in death by her poppy, Thomas “Dinger” Springer; father, Sean and poppop, Rich Iacono.

Erica is survived by her daughters, Savya Blevins, Anari Blevins and Kaleasi Blevins; parents, Donna Pyott (Mike); partner, Joseph Blevins; siblings, Kayla Springer, Kira Douglas and Matthew Douglas; grandmother, Dorothy Iacono and other extended family including aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.

Funeral Services will be at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 30 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 11 am. Burial will follow at Gracelawn Memorial Park.

Contributions in Erica’s memory may be made to the Helen Graham Cancer Center.
