Age 87, of Wilmington, formerly of New Castle, DE, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 21, 2013.
Ernie retired from the State of Delaware after 31 years of service. He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church, where he served as Elder, Deacon and Sunday school teacher for children and adults. Ernie was an avid reader and enjoyed trips to the ocean, especially Nags Head and the Outer Banks.
Ernie is survived by his wife of 67 years, Grace; his son, David (Kathy); his daughters, Deborah Woodin (John) and Karen Cebenka (Chuck); his 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
