Francisco “Frank” Rivera, age 59, of Allentown, PA, formerly of Wilmington, went to be with the lord on Sunday, May 1, 2022.
Frank worked as a cook at various restaurants in Wilmington.
Frank was a member of Hogar Crea. He enjoyed music and helping people. Frank didn’t know how to tell people “no” but he always had a smile on his face for everyone.
Frank is preceded in death by his father, Francisco Rivera and brother, Wilfredo Rivera.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Katiria Rivera (Angel Sastre); son, Francisco Rivera (Wendy); mother, Carmen Delia Garcia; his companion of 30 years, Nery Rodriguez; grandchildren, Veronica Lopez, Carlos Diaz, Fran Rivera, Lis Rivera, Nani Diaz, and Hanna Rivera; 12 Siblings and 6 step children.
Services will be held at 5 pm on Saturday May 14, 2022 at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 East Justis Street Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 4pm.
