Frank T. Montgomery Sr., age 60, of Newark, formerly of Fort Meade, MD, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
Frank worked for MWM Construction as a roofer. He enjoyed working with his hands, throwing the football with his son, cracking jokes and fishing. Frank loved watching the Philadelphia Eagles and a nice cold beer. He loved his family and spending time with his granddaughters.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Leann; sister, Kathleen; son, Sean; nephew, Brian; mother, Carol Lombardi; father, Edward Montgomery; friend, Scott Lawhead and his dog, Angel.
He is survived by his sons, Frank Montgomery (Jazmin) and Andrew; sister, Roseann; brother, Edward Montgomery; cousin, Michael Montgomery (Lisa); aunt, Barbara Reynolds; nieces, Lori Mayle, Leilani Donovan (Bernard), Daina Montgomery-Scott (Christopher), Chelsie Church, William (Sarah) Church and Casie; nephews, Dalton Church (Kelsey) and Jordan Montgomery; great nieces, Kailyn (Amber), Arianna, Alexis and Aniya; great nephews, Jason Elliott (Morgan), Aidan and Max; granddaughters, Jazzalina and Aylea; and his best friend, his dog Ziggy.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at Deer Park Tavern, from 1-4 PM.
