Freda was a school interventionist for the Brandywine School District for over 20 years before retiring in the mid 1990's. She also worked at Boscov's.
Freda is survived by her son, James E. Dec; her daughter, Jonlun H. Pisocki and her grandchildren, Jon S. Pisocki, Weston L. Dec and Noah W. Dec.
Services will be 4 PM on Sunday, December 11 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis Street, Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 3 PM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions in Freda's memory for her grandchildren's education. Please make checks out to either James E. Dec or Jonlun H. Pisocki and mail to the funeral home.
