Fredrick Norman Mitchell - "Fred" born July 4, 1967 passed away peacefully on March 3, 2016.
Fred was a loving and dedicated man who took these characteristics very seriously. He was a son, companion, in-law, pet owner and friend. He was protective and loyal and above all else valued his relationships tremendously. In his professional life Fred has worn many hats but lastly worked as a Painter/Foreman and will be remembered as an invaluable member of that community.
Fred is survived by his beloved dog Buddy Mitchel, his very best friend and companion Lena Webb, mother Charlene Taggert, brother Charles Lovelace, wife Patricia Mitchell, mother in law Lona Watts, brothers in law Johnny and Bobby Watts, niece Seirra, great nephew Malachi along with many other nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews and a close circle of friends all of whom will love and miss him dearly until they meet again.
