He is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 38 years, Donna Smith, as well as his mother Joyce and father Paul. Gary leaves behind his cherished children: Amanda Connor, Elizabeth Rivera (Robert), and Michael Smith (Sarah). He was a doting grandfather to his nine grandchildren: Zachary Connor (Hannah), Abigail Foxx (John), Benjamin Connor, Chloe Connor, Olivia Rivera, Sophia Rivera, Carson Wood, Emerson and Anderson Smith.
Gary's career as a Carpenter with DiSabatino Construction Company spanned over 30 years, where he earned a reputation for his tireless work ethic and integrity. Known for his unwavering commitment to family and his generous spirit, Gary was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
A man of his word and a source of joy to those around him, Gary will be remembered for his playful nature and the practical jokes he loved to share with his grandchildren.
