George A. Vick, age 67, of New Castle, DE formerly of Beckley, WVA, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020.
George was a member of the New Castle chapter of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was a machinist and boiler maker for NVF until the plant closed. George enjoyed the ocean, fishing and boating, and crabbing. He loved music especially playing guitar with his friends.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Connie Vick; his daughters, Michelle Thompson and Bonnie Vick; his son, Jason Vick; his brothers, Donald Vick (June) and Terri Vick and his grandchildren, Matthew Bender, Alex Vick, Callie Vick, Alysia Vick and Brittany Zeto, Hailey Lewis, and Laura Brinton
Funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in in George’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 92 Read's Way STE 205 ,New Castle, DE 19720
