Age 86, a lifelong resident of Wilmington, passed away on June 14, 2006.
Mrs. Scott retired from the University of Delaware after many years of service. She was a member of Limestone Presbyterian Church and, as an artist, she loved to paint. She also enjoyed crafts.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Gilbert E. Scott, Jr. in 1998.Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be, Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, N. Dupont Pkwy., New Castle, where visitation will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in the adjoining memorial park.
The family suggests contributions, in Mrs. Scott's memory, to Limestone Presbyterian Church, 3201 Limestone Rd., Wilm., DE 19808.
