Age 88, of Wilmington, passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010.
Harold was a Navy veteran of WWII. He was a member of the Delaware Horseman's Association and enjoyed golf and trips to the casino.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ruth A. Neff; children, Sandra J. Knipe (Gordon); Thomas G. Neff (Eileen); William C. Neff (Wanda); Patricia R. Neff (Albert Pasquarelli); John G. Neff; brother and sisters, Robert E. Neff (Hilda); Jane Young (John); Sarah Shriener (Fritz); 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
