Hugh passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013. He was born in Woodstock, VA, the son of the late Carrie and Hugh Hisey. Hugh was a U.S. Army veteran and he worked at Anchor Motor Freight for 20 years until 1990. He loved to watch baseball.
Hugh is survived by his children, Jennifer C. Hisey, Earl Richards and Susan D. Richards; his grandchildren, Shawn Richards and Philip Williams and his former wife, Florence Richards.
Funeral services will be 11 AM on Tuesday, November 19 in the chapel at Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE.
The family suggests contributions in Hugh's memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 702 B. Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, DE 19805
