Jacob A. Moore, age 29, of New Castle passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 9, 2017.
Jake was a 2005 graduate of William Penn High School where he was on the wrestling team. For the past 10 years, he worked at R. Moore Flooring. Jake loved cars and his son.
Jake was preceded in death by his mother, Carmen Moore and his grandparents, Dorothy and Raymond Moore and Lawrence and Leela May Lambert.
Survivors include his father, Ronald Moore (Christina Lydic); his siblings, Deanna DeCarlantonio (Rocco), Joshua Moore and Alexis Baird; his son, Jacob A. Moore, Jr and his mother, Annie and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6pm on Saturday, November 25 at the WILMINGTON CHURCH OF GOD, 2410 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington DE 19808 where visitation will begin at 5pm.
