James Elliotte, age 32, of Bear, formerly of Smyrna, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020.
Jamie attended Gunning Bedford and William Penn High School. He served in the Navy Seabees. Jamie worked for the Laborer Union Local #199. He was a musician and enjoyed playing guitar and drums in Rapid Intake.
Survivors include his wife Brittany Kirschner; daughter, Jasmine Elliotte; parents, Genevieve Oaddams and Brian Elliotte (Leslie Kaczmarczyk); sister, Sabrina Elliotte (Jorge Aguirre); brother, Tyler Elliotte (Bobbie-Lyn); aunt, Deborah Branham (Danny) and cousin, Rayelle Gordy.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, September 19 at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St. Newport, DE 19804 where visitation will begin at 3 pm. Anyone is welcome to attend a Celebration of Jamie's life at his father's house after the service. Masks must be worn and social distancing enforced including maximum of 60 people in the funeral home at a time.
