Janet E. Chand, age 70, of Smyrna, formerly of Wilmington went to be with The Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2016.
Janet worked at Chrysler for over 15 years and retired in the late 1980's. She loved animals especially cats and enjoyed traveling.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Katherine and Carl Spencer.
Janet is survived by her son, Joe Malatesta, Jr. (Deanna); her husband, Gurmej "Gomez" Chand; and her sister, Louise Spencer.
Services and Burial will be private.
