Jeff Carter, age 49, of Bear, formerly of Wilmington, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
Jeff liked animals.
Jeff is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Carter and father, Robert Carter II.
Survivors include his mother, June Leibenguth (James); brothers, Robert Carter IV (Tiffany), Greg Carter (Ally), Fred Carter, Kevin Carter, Tommy Carter and Johnathan Knight; sisters, Angela Carter, Lorena Leibenguth (Jessie) and Courtney Tarbutton (Christian); and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date.
