Jeffrey was the son of John Farra and the late Janet Sharp.
Memorial Services will be 1:00 PM on Friday, January 21st at St. Philip's Lutheran Church, 4501 Kirkwood HWY, where visitation will begin at 12:30 PM. Burial will be private.
The family requests contributions in lieu of flowers to NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, 212 E. Justis St., Newport, DE 19804 to assist with the funeral expenses.
