Age 52, of Elkton, MD, passed away tragically on Thursday, September 26, 2013.
Jerry was the adoring, devoted and loving husband of Charlotte Ann Pheasant whom he married on May 30, 2013. He was always seen with his companion Harley, whom he affectionately called "Monkey". Jerry was the son of Jerry Ray Pheasant, Sr., of Texas and the late Loretta Marie Karnes Pheasant. He is also survived by his sister, Beverly Ann Henely of Texas.
A memorial service will be held for Jerry at 7 pm on Monday, October 7 at the Paris Foundation, 229 S. Bridge St., Elkton, MD 21921. Burial will be private.
The family suggests contributions in Jerry's memory to the Paris Foundation.
