Joan Martin

Joan J Martin (Mom) went home to be with the
Lord Thursday April 30th, 2015. She left this world to soar through the freedom
and peace of eternity with the Lord. Her family will especially miss her immense
love, compassion and humility that she showed to every person that she met. Her
handmade Angels and crotched gifts in which she poured so much time, energy and
love into will also be missed.

Survived by three sons and one daughter, Bobby
Carter, George Carter, Holli Wilson & Jack Martin. Also survived by 17
Grandchildren, 20 Great grandchildren and 5 Great great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Joan's life Thursday May
14th, 2015 at 10:00am. Services will be held at Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home
located at 212 Justis St., Newport, DE 19804. In lieu of flowers donations may
be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses. Any
donations will be greatly appreciated.
