Joanne passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017.
Joanne was born and raised in Richardson Park and was a 1955 graduate of Conrad High School. She was a Human Resources Specialist for the Delaware National Guard for 20 years before retiring in the late 1990's.
Joanne was preceded in death by her son, Joel, in 2015 and her sister, June Morris. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ronald; her children, Michael (Dawn) and Kelly (Wednesday); her daughter-in-law, Denise; her grandchildren, Rhiannon and Sean and other extended family.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 18 in the chapel at GRACELAWN MEMORIAL PARK, N. DuPont Pkwy, New Castle, where visitation will begin at 10 AM.
