Age 46, of Wilmington, DE passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2010.
JoEllen had worked at ShopRite since 1999.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Anne Hill and her, husband of 22 years, Wayne Shimp in 2009. Survivors include her daughters, Jessica Crawford Shimp (Matt) and Emily Shimp; her brother, Brian Hill; grandchildren, Jason and Mason; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 9th at NICHOLS-GILMORE FUNERAL HOME, where visitation will begin at 4:30. Burial will be private.
Family requests contributions to Nichols-Gilmore Funeral Home, 212 E. Justis St., Newport , DE 19804, to assist with funeral expenses.
